Job Description
In this role, our new colleague :
- Ensures that the group meets the expected service levels and takes corrective action when necessary
- Allocates resources (shift schedules, vacation schedules, replacement plans)
- Participates in planning the work group budget, partly responsible for its adherence
- Proposes proposals for setting performance goals, actively participates in the performance evaluation of subordinates and provides information for salary reviews (actively participates in salary reviews)
- Participates in the selection of new employees and assumes responsibility for this, and makes proposals for dismissals and promotions, organizes and participates in the induction of new employees
- Provides operational and other relevant business information to the group, facilitates effective teamwork and conflict management, supports the individual development of group members
- Defines the group's objectives : provides assistance in clarifying individual responsibilities, assigns tasks to individuals and sets priorities on a daily basis, sets deadlines and quality expectations, and ensures a balanced workload
- Ensures the effective use of integrated corporate tools, manages compliance with processes, procedures and standards
- Implements the roles and tasks defined in the Document Management Policy, or ensures their implementation through the appointment of team members
- Proactively supports collaboration with other groups
- Proactively makes suggestions to increase operational efficiency

Fluent English and German language skillsCollege / university degree or relevant professional experienceComprehensive knowledge of business processesExperience in developing and operating IT servicesknowledge of agile methodologies, and RTE experience is an advantage,Stable stakeholder management
