Requirements
Your Mission
- Guide and support a frontline team providing service to tech-savvy consumers across Europe
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture where people feel empowered and connected
- Serve as the first line of support for escalations, customer concerns, and coaching needs
- Lead team huddles, performance reviews, and 1 : 1s to keep engagement and quality high
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
- Monitor quality trends and drive process improvements based on real-time feedback
- Identify knowledge gaps and deliver structured, impactful training

What You Bring
2–3 years of leadership experience in customer service, tech support, telco, or a similar fast-paced environmentStrong people management skills — coaching, conflict resolution, and motivationExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Confidence using ticketing platforms, Office tools, and (ideally) SaaS or sales-related systemsA calm, structured mindset under pressure, with a strong focus on problem-solving and service deliveryThe ability to work flexibly on a shifting schedule, including weekends when neededYou’ll Excel If You’re :
