Be the driving force behind foodora’s brand in Hungary!

We’re on the lookout for a bold, visionary Head of Marketing who’s ready to lead, inspire, and take our brand to new heights. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a real impact on one of Hungary’s leading last-mile delivery platforms, this is your moment!

What you’ll own :

  • Shape and execute the entire Hungarian marketing strategy — aligned with regional and global vision.
  • Lead and empower a talented team of marketers, creatives, and interns to perform at their best (4 direct reports).

Be fully in charge of our local marketing investments and ensure the budget delivers impact.

Develop and drive marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that move the needle — on both customer growth and retention.

Work cross-functionally with regional marketing & commercial stakeholders, ensuring tight alignment and flawless execution.

Create go-to-market plans, build business cases, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.

Your day-to-day :

Participate in shaping strategic decisions as part of the management team.

Ensure your team is supported and set up for success.

Make the tough calls — you’ll be the key decision-maker in day-to-day operations.

Monitor and optimize key brand & business KPIs, including app installs, reorders, and retention.

Own and manage the marketing budget — topline and bottom line.

Be part of a highly collaborative international network, interacting with marketing and commercial teams across Europe.

  • Keep internal stakeholders updated and engaged, leveraging global best practices from the Delivery Hero group.
  • Qualifications

    What you bring :

    Full professional proficiency in Hungarian and English .

    7+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced, digital-first environments.

    Several years in a leadership role , with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

    Strong brand-building and strategic thinking capabilities — you're not afraid to challenge the status quo.

    Commercial mindset and business acumen — you understand what moves the business and how marketing can drive it.

    Data-savvy — while you don’t need to be an analyst, you’re comfortable turning insights into action.

    Experience in or understanding of last-mile delivery , eCommerce , tech , or Q-commerce is a big plus.

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
