Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute resourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across the Central European region
- Analyze internal talent needs and labor market trends to ensure a strong candidate pipeline
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to support hiring goals
- Track, measure, and analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics
- Mentor and support the regional recruitment team
- Work closely with local HR teams and senior leadership to meet hiring demands
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleFluent English skillsStrong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management experienceProven success in designing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple functions and levelsHands-on experience with ATS and HR systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment practicesRetail industry experience and a background in multi-country recruitment is an advantageStrong project management skills and proficiency in MS OfficeWhat our partner offers :
