Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our Local Talent Management Team in our Váci Greens  office.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have to manage the full cycle recruitment, from controlling vacancy validations through proper selection, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in various Skill teams.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing internal candidates, external candidates, using difference sources of building a candidate pool and participating in any talent acquisition related projects or activities in the Hungarian HUB.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

• You have higher education in HR, Finance or business management
• You have proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in a multinational work environment
• You have solid verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English, German can be a plus
• You are result oriented and have a problem-solving attitude
• You have customer service mindset and able to maintain an efficient working relationship with Managers and stakeholders.
