Purpose of the position :
The Customer Acquisition Manager will play a key role in defining the strategy, optimization and management of the traffic acquisition efforts for wizzair.com and Wizz Air mobile app. She / he will be responsible for generating incremental traffic from core and new countries where Wizz Air operates. The Customer Acquisition Manager will report to the Head of Ecommerce within the Commercial organization.
Responsibilities :
- Build, plan and implement a traffic acquisition strategy with specific focus on organic, paid and referral traffic.
- Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics and find opportunities of growth.
- Monitor and manage traffic performance, implementing improvement actions as needed.
- Design traffic plans to achieve growth goals and address localized marketing challenges across multiple countries in oftentimes highly ambiguous circumstances.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure your plans contribute to acquire and engage the right audience and they meet top line goals.
- Generate comprehensive reports and KPI dashboards to track and communicate traffic performance to stakeholders.
- Actively manage and guide 3rd party agencies and partners to ensure they follow the defined strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements :
Shares following values : dedication, positivity, integrity and inclusivity.University degree, preferably in Digital, Economics or Marketing.3-5 years experience in a multinational environment in SEO / ASO / SEM, digital performance marketing, preferably in travel or aviation industry.Proficiency in Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, creativity, curiosity, and the ability to prioritize and propose effective solutions.Solid project management skills.Experience of managing relationships with 3rd party agencies.Strong sense of business ownership and accountability for own areaStrong analytical skills to analyze large volumes of data, derive insights, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong presentation skills with confidence in presenting to C-suite level.Familiarity with A / B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimisation techniques is a strong plus.Familiarity of website and mobile app development processes is a strong plus.Fluent English (both verbal and written), additional languages are a plus.Ability to live and work in Budapest, HungaryWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.
