Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator  is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service our teams in the EMEA region.

The talent acquisition coordinator will partner with the recruiter, internal HR, hiring managers and other stakeholders, our Recruitment Outsourcing Partner, agencies, and will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition leader.

The role is located out of our Business Solutions Center (BSC) in Budapest (Hybrid 2-3 days office) .

Responsibilities :

1. Requisition & Candidate Management

• Guide hiring managers through the position creation process in our Applicant Tracking System (
• Post job requisitions on external job boards and update requisition statuses.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Collect candidate information and coordinate related assessments.

5. Campus Recruitment & Event Coordination
