In your new role you will :
- Proactively develop recruitment practices & strategies, including internal HM & HR BP consulting.
- Be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment f or all types of Emerging Talent positions in Hungary.
- Proactively develops University Relations practices and strategies , supporting the market research and mapping of new key universities , in close alignment with our central UR strategy.
- Identify relevant events and UR opportunities, participating in face-to-face events (job fairs, open days, etc.) and coordinating our business ambassadors.
- Keep track of relevant UR KPIs and evaluation of events.
- Manage merchandising requests and distribution.
- Manage Student Community activities and other local Emerging Talent Initiatives, such as the Hungary Internship Program, Dual Studies, potential scholarships and PhDs.
- Ensure a high level of data integrity & quality in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Act on behalf of HR BP supporting other HR processes related to students ( GMDS, evaluation process).
You are result-oriented and have a structured and self-driven working style. You generate value through your ideas and solutions and can quickly establish a successful cooperation with your team and others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
University Degree in Psychology, Economics, HR, Marketing or similar.Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR or Talent Acquisition , preferably focused on Emerging Talent topics.Experience in organizing events and bringing projects to life, showing a "can do" mentality.Knowledge of the university landscape in the STEM field in Hungary .An innovative mindset with the desire to drive new topics for Infineon.Good stakeholder management skills , with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and emerging talent.A proactive and flexible approach to work , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in English and Hungarian .Please send your CV in English
