• Extensive Talent Acquisition experience in multinational and fast-paced environments (e.g., FMCG).
• Proven success in executive recruitment and managing RPO partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
