Munkaköri leírásBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Fluent English skills Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management experience Proven success in designing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple functions and levels Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment practices Retail industry experience and a background in multi-country recruitment is an advantage Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office Competitive compensation package Annual performance-based bonus Private healthcare package Opportunities for personal and professional development Supportive team, modern office in a great location (including free parking) Flexible working setup – 2 days / week home office

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute resourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across the Central European region
- Analyze internal talent needs and labor market trends to ensure a strong candidate pipeline
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to support hiring goals
- Track, measure, and analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics
- Mentor and support the regional recruitment team
- Work closely with local HR teams and senior leadership to meet hiring demands
