Job Summary
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of standard farming and upselling. This involves identifying and managing opportunities in contract-related standard / product business and coordinating service delivery activities between organizational units.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in Service Delivery Management
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts including process management
- Exceptional communication skills fluency in German (C1 or B2 level) and English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to expand beyond traditional Service Delivery Management approaches
- Relevant experience with ticketing tools and security protocols
- Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies is an asset
