Your role in a nutshell :
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. HR Services team provides effective answers to HR related questions to our colleagues while delivering high quality services and adding value to the business.
What you’ll do :
- Providing a first class remote HR administration support including the maintenance of the HR database
- Maintain relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end to end processes
- Handle employee contracts and maintain employee data in SuccesFactors
- Manage the resolution of queries, according to agreed service levels
- Take part in HR related automation projects and process transactional activities within HR practices
- Participate in continuous process improvement and act as a process expert
