About the Role
Are you passionate about HR and ready to grow your expertise in a fast-paced, multinational environment? We are looking for a proactive HR Analyst to join our team and support HR operations across various geographies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to core HR processes, act as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries and drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle—with a special focus on managing work permit processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, resolving HR queries in a professional and timely manner
Apply HR policies and procedures to handle inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed
Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, employee changes, terminations, and payroll administration
Coordinate and manage work permit and immigration-related processes , ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely communication with employees and authorities
Maintain accurate records in the HR service management system, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Handle 3rd party inquiries, coordinate absence management, and support benefits administration
Collaborate with global HR colleagues and contribute to regional and international HR projects
Perform routine HR administrative tasks on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis
You will be successful in this role if you have :
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or in a shared services environment
Understanding of employment law concepts and / or experience in HR administration
Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Fluent in Hungarian and English (both spoken and written)
A college or university degree is required
