HR Generalist
The ideal candidate enjoys working with blue collar workers being the bridge between them and the management.
Main responsibilities :
- Participating in all local HR related projects, including their implementation and maintenance, such as performance management, compensation, training etc.
- Provide monthly data for the regular payroll process and manage outsourced partner
- Managing the hiring process and administering the onboarding and offboarding process of new joiners and employees
- Maintaining employee personnel files and labor documentation both electronically and on paper. Manage occupational health assessments.
- Contribute to health and safety compliance through professional Workwear management
- Building and maintaining good relationship with colleagues and managers
- Some ad hoc administrational and office management task as discussed
Required skills :
Completed Bachelor / Master studies with a focus on Human ResourcesAt least 2 years of profound experience in HR related roleSelf-starting attitude and ability to work independentlyAbility to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right timeSound knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll related regulationsExcellent communication skills and good negotiation skillsLocation : Budapest, XVII.
