Job Description

Actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets, you will play a key role in supporting the end to end service delivery of People Operations.

You will be the first point of contact for all people operations queries and requests across the European Region. You will provide query management and data / administration, guidance and advice (via case management tool or other channels) to employees, line managers and senior leaders.

  • Triage inquiries pertaining to People Operations in an accurate and timely manner utilizing internal resources.
  • Communicate and advise on simple People Operations policies and services in a consistent manner.
  • Perform administration and fulfilment on identified employee lifecycle processes across markets.
  • Execute all human resources transactions such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit, personnel information management and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Properly update the information in the knowledge management system.
  • Meet key metrics. These may include timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, error-rate, and / or others

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience :

  • At least 1-year experience in HR Generalist role
  • PRE) Experience in international company and / or shared services HR function
  • Competencies / Other skills :

  • Results oriented : ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
  • Detail oriented : attention to the details and understand causes instead of just the effects.
  • Process driven mindset : believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
  • Team player.
  • HRIS or service desk package
  • Languages :

  • Dutch and English
  • Availability to travel on demand
