Requirements
- Implement and align local HR strategies with Group HR directives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on organizational culture, development, and employee engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business leaders and designated Group HR services.
- Coordinate activities of dedicated HR staff in line with SLA agreements and compliance standards.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance evaluation, development, and offboarding.
- Support talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Supervise the exit process and analyze exit interview results.
- Provide expert guidance on all HR matters, contributing proactively to business development.
- Conduct gap analyses on competencies and propose actions to close skill gaps.
- Prepare management reports, analysis, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Participate actively in organizational development projects from an HR perspective.
What you will need for successful work :
Education : University degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Law.Experience : Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience.Languages : Fluent in English (business proficiency required).IT Skills : Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge : Familiarity with modern HR systems and project management tools.Work Style : Independent, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and assertive communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :Experience in large corporate or matrix organizationsPrevious experience working under SLA-based HR modelsExposure to cross-border or group-level HR functionsKey Competencies :
