Purpose of the position :
In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the daily effective operation within the HR Organization with main focus on onboarding of new cabin and flight crew employees. The jobholder acts as the first point of contact for operative issues related to onboarding and employee document related questions. The HR Onboarding Coordinator will report to the Senior HR Manager.

General responsibilities :
Collaborates with external vendors and internal departments to ensure daily functioning of the onboarding processes (e.g. relocation initiation, Payroll, contracting)Serves as a first point of contact for onboarding tool provider when it comes to employee queriesActively cooperates and ensures daily contact with HR Specialists and other HR Operations team members in order to ensure process efficiency and accuracyResponsible for data accuracy in myHR systemResponsible for keeping the SOPs and process maps up to dateSupports the proper and timely execution of SLAsServes as a connection point for payroll provider and Wizz Air and responsible for notifying them about new hires and their compensation elements.Ensures that all necessary personal information / documents related to training and employment are available prior to the training / employment start dateCoordinates local teams to make sure deadlines are kept and necessary information is available to create the appropriate contractsTracks the process steps based on agreed terms and provides reportsAd hoc report preparation internal and external stakeholdersStores, archives and scans the documentsServes as a first point of contact with regards to the onboarding queries from the employees and any escalations related to onboarding processActively participates in improvement and standardization projects to ensure smooth and fast onboarding procedure for flight and cabin crew employees.Have a deep knowledge on immigration rules and its limitations and proactively use them to ensure smooth daily operations.Requirements :
College or University degreeWork experience : fresh graduate, internship in HR would be a plusExcellent English and knowledge and other foreign language will be a valuable advantageAdvanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinityOpenness to learn SAP and other onboarding tools and systemsAbility to work with big amount of dataCapability to understand complex issues and proceduresAttention to details, good with numbersEmpathy and customer focused attitudeGood communication skillsWork time : full time
