Key Responsibilities :
- Handle communication between levels, promptly relaying company and department information.
- Manage departmental HR workflow processes.
- Handle procurement, distribution and cost control of office supplies.
- Manage low-value consumables, fixed assets and control related costs.
- Arrange travel tickets for department staff.
- Process expense reimbursements (e.g., travel).
- Collect and organize logistics data, develop solutions, and report to management for decision-making.
