Lead the Future of Bathroom Furniture with AM PM
We are a young, ambitious brand creating premium bathroom products at affordable prices, focused on DIY retail networks. We are looking for a Senior Category Manager ready to take full ownership of our bathroom furniture category and drive results independently.
Tasks
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, and inventory data to optimize product assortment.
- Plan and manage the assortment matrix aligned with brand positioning.
- Lead product launches and adapt existing products for new markets.
- Identify and remove low-performing SKUs to improve financial efficiency.
- Define pricing, promotions, and sales strategies to maximize margin.
- Research market trends, prepare benchmarks, and develop actionable insights.
- Work closely with designers, engineering teams, and external partners.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating with contract manufacturers and selecting factories.
- Drive the execution of international assortment strategies and category plans.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in category or product leadership roles (e.g. Head of Category, Head of Product, Senior Product Manager)Proven track record in launching physical products — from concept to successful market performanceFluent English communication skills — written and spokenStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decisionsNatural leader with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownershipHighly organized and responsible, able to drive projects independently and deliver resultsBenefits
