Spare Parts Specialist

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

About the role :

About the role The Spare Parts Specialist Business Cars is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring best-in-class availability of parts for the European Market whilst managing inventory levels and stock turnover.

As Parts Specialist your responsibilities include :

• Maintain daily contact with Dealers and Service providers.
• Support dealers and service providers by providing information regarding spare
• parts specifications, availability and lead times.
• Manage pricing.
• Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
• Maintain contact with European suppliers.
• Maintain spare parts stock level to meet customer requirements and service level.
• Process spare parts orders in the online parts ordering system.
• Coordinate upgrading projects between BYD A / S China and Europe.
