About this Position
What you´ll do
- Manage, coach and develop a team of supply planners for a respective asset group
- Ensure information interchange between demand planners and the supply planning team, responsibility for the supply performance of product group
- Enhance team knowledge of tools and best practices as well as of standard process in Henkel
- Manage team performance, attendance and discipline as appropriate in line with procedures and takes appropriate action when necessary
- Effective Stakeholder Management ensuring business KPI’s are met
- The Supply Planning Team Lead has the responsibility to secure proper new product introduction management for her / his respective portfolio
What makes you a good fit
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (in engineering / business management / economics)3-5 years of proven Supply Planning experience3-5 years of balanced people management experienceThorough understanding of end-to-end Supply ChainOutstanding communication & stakeholder management on different levelsStrong analytical, planning and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation skillsStructured, proactive personality with determined, team player attitudeProficient at Microsoft Excel, advanced SAP system experience is highly desired (SAP APO)Fluent English skillsGerman language knowledge is an advantageSome perks of joining Henkel
