Our partner is looking for a proactive colleague for its logistics department who will actively participate in processes that will determine the future of the company alongside the manager.
Support the Operations Lead with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
Manage product, supplier, and inventory data in ERP, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Analyze stock, flows, and supplier performance to support decision-making.
Onboard and develop suppliers, assist in product development, and provide cost estimates.
Maintain records, compliance, and quality documentation; support audits and certification tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, providing guidance on processes and standards.
Search for new suppliers internationally.
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Program / Industrial Management, Procurement, or related fields.
English negotiation skills
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA / macros a plus).
Experience with ERP systems; quick learner for new digital tools.
Interest in data analysis; knowledge of quality / compliance processes is an advantage.
Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. C

Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
