Delivering Exceptional Cloud Services

This role involves overseeing end-to-end customer delivery within Cloud Managed Services. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and handling escalations related to service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery
  • Manage Customer-Impacting Projects

Requirements :

  • Fluency in German for Direct Customer Interaction
  • Proficiency in English for Communication with International Teams

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong Understanding of Service Chain Operations Management (SC-OPM) and Cloud Computing
  • ITIL Processes Expertise
  • Accuracy in Financial Management and Invoicing
