Munkaköri leírásIssue permanent entrance cards to all KGSH staff upon joining the firm, Report lost and stolen entry cards and provide replacements for employees, Manage temporary access cards, ensuring they are returned promptly, Register all incoming visitors and clients and prearrange rooms for welcoming them Assist with catering arrangements for client meetings or events, Handle the processing of external mail, including inbound, outbound Provide administrative support and back-up assistance to Group Assistants as needed. Confidence to work with senior executives Advanced Excel knowledge Precision and accuracy, able to work individually, flexibility Good problem solving skills. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support Elements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
