Job Description
Location : Requires frequent travel (domestic & international)
Work Schedule : Full-time (8 hours / day + 1-hour lunch break)
Role Purpose
Achieve the assigned sales targets by identifying business opportunities, managing key projects, and strengthening relationships with partners across the construction and development sectors.
Core Objectives
Drive revenue growth in line with company sales strategy
Conduct market research to identify clients, opportunities, and projects
Track ongoing project progress and performance
Increase product and service market share
Represent and promote the company’s offerings to architects, developers, and contractors
Responsibilities by Function
Sales & Project Strategy
Lead the sales process for active projects
Develop and implement project-specific strategies
Ensure all project sales align with company targets
Monitor invoice collections and maintain payment discipline
Deliver client consultations and product feedback

Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
Ensure accurate, timely data is shared with all stakeholders

Organize team meetings for project alignment and objective tracking
Identify issues and propose actionable solutions
Operational Compliance
Adhere to and ensure compliance with internal equipment usage policies
Report any equipment malfunctions promptly
Follow vehicle use protocols for work-related travel
Confidentiality & Documentation
Maintain strict confidentiality of business-sensitive data
Ensure accuracy in the preparation of all commercial documentation
Uphold the company’s image and professionalism in all client-facing activities
Key Requirements
Experience
Proven track record in sales and project management
Experience working with construction, architecture, or engineering partners is preferred
Skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional project teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on process and results
