Linum Consult’s client is a global engineering services group. They are urgently looking to hire a Project Manager for a gigafactory construction project on a day-rate, 9-month contract based in Hungary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Leading the construction management team to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets
- Preparing, leading, and attending site meetings and proactively ensuring the dissemination of information
- Ensuring construction sites are kept safe and in compliance with health and safety standards
