Job descriptionAt least 8 years of experience in a similar role on complex, large-scale industrial buildings, particularly manufacturing facilities or gigafactories Degree qualification in Construction Management or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Excellent technical knowledge of planning and management of construction sites, using MS Project, Primavera and BIM tools Excellent communication skills in English The right to live and work in the EU
Linum Consult’s client is a global engineering services group. They are urgently looking to hire a Project Manager for a gigafactory construction project on a day-rate, 9-month contract based in Hungary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Leading the construction management team to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets
- Preparing, leading, and attending site meetings and proactively ensuring the dissemination of information
- Ensuring construction sites are kept safe and in compliance with health and safety standards
