Your area of responsibility
- Service Partner Management (third-party service)
- Planning and executing Technical Trainings for Service Partners
- Providing Technical Support to Partner Network (phone, email, etc.)
- Warranty Management (Administration and decision process)
- Handling and managing Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Conducting Tandem Visits for on-the-job training with Partners
- Contributing to long-term improvement of product and service quality
- Support at exhibitions and trade fairs
- General administration in CRM and ERP applications
Your profile
Experience in technical service and managing dealer / distributor / service partner networksProficiency in didactics and training methodsElectrician, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar background (e.g., engineer)Ability to understand and explain complex technical information clearlyDiplomatic, patient, and customer-orientedProactive, enthusiastic, and open-mindedAccountable, self-managed, and decisiveStrong IT skills (MS Office, SAP preferred, CRM System)Willingness to travel with / valid driver's license BStrong verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian, and English languageWhat counts for us are your qualifications - regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation / identity or social, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.
