Munkaköri leírásHandle inquiries coming in from our customers, acquire new customers and build trust and a positive image and brand of the company in the market with the help of telephone and e-mail contact, collaborate and develop long-term relationships with current customers, take care of the highest level of customer service, select optimal IT solutions that take into account all customer needs, coordinate customer orders, cooperate with other departments of the company : accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc., in order to ensure the highest quality of the service process for our customers, improve your commercial competence and expand your product knowledge based on the internal knowledge of our specialists, Product Managers, as well as external trainings organized by the manufacturers we cooperate with. We would love to see you on our team if : you have at least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B sector, in the IT industry you speak and write English at least communicatively (B2 / C1) without stress, you act pro-customer, put the customer’s priorities first and use the organization’s resources to help them, you enjoy working with people and effective communication is your daily bread, you approach work and new challenges with full commitment, you are self-reliant and meticulous, you are able to organize your daily duties so as to most effectively achieve your sales goals, you are motivated by results and derive joy from your and your team’s achievements, full remote work; attractive salary (base + bonus system – clear, transparent rules); stable work in a team of people who jointly build a thriving company in the IT industry; professional development with the expansion of the company in the world; friendly, relaxed atmosphere at work; individual training and development.
