Senior Aftersales Service Network Management Specialist

About the Aftersales Department

BYD Aftersales Service Center is dedicated to delivering service and repair solutions for all BYD-branded electric and hybrid vehicles. This encompasses, among other responsibilities, the development of a comprehensive after-sales service network across Europe to ensure technical support, warranty services, and spare parts supply for our customers and service partners. The primary goal of the Aftersales Service Center is to enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty. We are now seeking a Experienced Service Network Management Specialist to join our team, based in Hungary, to strengthen our aftersales Service Network operations across European markets.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for developing aftersales supplies, optimizing Service Network

standards, and managing key Service Network

projects to enhance service capabilities, ensure consistent service quality across Service Network , and drive operational excellence in the Aftersales Department. You will play a critical role in supporting BYD’s aftersales Service Network

development and mission of building a clean-energy future.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplies Development

• Develop solutions for aftersales Service Network supplies and Network -specific materials based on market demand analysis.
• Conduct supplier screening, development, and quality management to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Coordinate material orders and delivery plans, ensuring on-time arrival of materials that meet the company’s quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective communication to address supply-related issues proactively.

2. Service Network Management

Management for

the standardized implementation of aftersales Service Network Image , facility configurations, and Service Network supply.

Regularly collect and manage

data from Service Network , establishing and maintaining Service Network

information.
