Munkaköri leírásNative / fliuent in Croatian and Slovenian both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level). High school diploma or an equivalent. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation. Good numerical and reasoning skills. Position : Customer Support Representative (Croatian and Slovenian)
Location : Budapest, Hungary
Work model : on-site
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communication via incoming telephone, emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products.
- Customer Order Management.
- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support.
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively.
- Proactively propose ways to improve the processes.
- Adhere to given processes and procedures.
- Update the database of customers and document activities.
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
