Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation. Good numerical and reasoning skills. Croatian and Slovenian speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an e-commerce platform.
Position : Customer Support Representative
Location : Budapest, Hungary
Work model : on-site
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communication via incoming telephone, emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products.
- Customer Order Management.
- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support.
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively.
- Proactively propose ways to improve the processes.
- Adhere to given processes and procedures.
- Update the database of customers and document activities.
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
