You have a university degree in a relevant area e.g. IT, Business Administration or Human Resources and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.

Furthermore, you bring in the following mindset and skills :

• Experience in leading strategic / cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills
• Experience translating business requirements into products
• Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level
• Experience in steering vendors effectively
• Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solution
• Experience managing international teams
• Nice to have : Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners
• Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit
• You are flexible for business travels
