Product Manager (IT) in Waste Management

Responsibilities :

• Owns the IT solution that is supporting core waste management processes. Responsible for the vision and roadmap of it.
• Has a holistic view of the landscape from technical point of view.
• Has a good understanding of SAP, Salesforce and MS Azure solutions and possibilities.
• Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements on epic level.
• Drives agile transformation and works in strong collaboration with IT department.
• Leads a team of 8 Product Owners who are responsible for different solutions.
• Aligns development directions with relevant Product Owners, exchange possibilities with IT department.
• Defines priorities based on expected value and available resources, handles priority conflicts and interdependencies.
• Manages related project portfolio, steers project delivery, occasionally participates in project work, ensures quality.
• Works together, supports and coordinates third party vendors to ensure the business expectations are met during delivery.
• Continuously challenges the status quo, follows up market trends, newest technologies and best practices. Benchmarks to other companies.
• Participates in yearly financial planning.
