What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing the sales team and ensuring its effective operation.
- Taking care of achieving sales goals and revenue growth.
- Creating and implementing the company's sales strategy.
- Building relationships with customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Controlling pricing and monitoring market trends.
- Reporting results and regular collaboration with company management.
What do we expect from you?
Experience in a leadership position in sales for at least 5 years (experience in the construction industry is an advantage).Experience in team management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results.Strategic thinking and results orientation.Knowledge of the building materials market is a significant advantage.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to bring new ideas.Driving license category B.English language proficiency at B2 level.What do we offer you?
