Product Marketing Manager @ ICF Tech Hungary

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Lively Project. Our mission centers on redefining user privacy, identity, and safety in the digital space, leveraging AI and emerging technologies such as blockchain. We operate as an R&D team within a larger R&D organization, with a strong focus on making online identity more private, secure, and resilient. This is a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment where cutting-edge solutions are designed, tested, and brought to life.

We operate with a lean, startup mindset and are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive inbound interest. The role will evolve and expand as the company grows.

Note : This role requires working outside of core hours and a flexible or shifted work schedule, depending on project needs and time zone alignment.

• 5–7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally in startups or resource-constrained environments
• Strong understanding of how to use AI tools to scale marketing content and execution
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and AI content generators; Mixpanel is a plus
• Working knowledge of Webflow (or similar), Figma, and basic image editing
• Self-starter with a bias for action; able to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Prioritizes content, inbound, and brand-building over traditional outbound sales tactics
