Responsible for development and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients for their business needs including technology, service delivery and commercial aspects. Serves as a technical expert on development, and implementation requirements to address business needs. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong understanding of the capabilities that DXC and partners provide. Responsible for documenting the solution and governing it internally for its deliverability.
Responsibilities :
- To support our growth, we are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer, who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver ITSM, CSM, ITOM solutions for Switzerland, DACH region and Hungary.
- Implement complex functionalities to meet customer requirements using the front-end and back-end capabilities of ServiceNow platform.
- Implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, whether on cloud or on-premise (ex : SSO, SAP, other ITSM applications, etc.), using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices, JDBC, LDAP, etc.
- Produce technical documentation
Mandatory skills :
At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (preferably on implementation projects)3 years' experience in consulting external customersCertificates in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD) Technical Skills :Thorough knowledge of CMDB concepts and databasesExcellent scripting skills in JavaScriptExperience with Agile Methodologies, toolsUnderstanding of CSDM model Personal skills and qualities :Must have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role.Highly focused on customer satisfaction.Ability to switch between multiple tasks / projects / contexts.Ability to work without direct supervision.Strong interpersonal communication skillsFluent in English and HungarianNice-to-have skills :
