Role Purpose

Responsibilities
- Technical Support : Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for network, workspace services, cloud, and security solutions.
- Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system backups.
- Incident Management : Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary to higher-level support teams or vendors.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Service desk Assistance : Assist end-users support with technical issues, inquiries, and requests related to IT services and systems.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity specialists, and vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Training and Development : Actively participate in training programs and self-study to expand knowledge and expertise in network, workspace services, cloud, and security solutions.
- Adaptability : Quickly adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures to support evolving business needs.
- Security Compliance : Adhere to security best practices and compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).Familiarity with workspace services such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus.Career Progression
