Global EUC Lead

Responsibilities :

YOU will be involved in the following tasks :

• Manage the Global End User Computing Team’s operational activities
• Manage the overall objectives, translate strategy into actions and ensure roadmap is planned and followed
• Provide accurate reports and metrics to IT management including trend, root cause analysis and business case
• Responsible for the Global End User Computing team delivery including performance, quality of service, team cohesion and SLA adherence
• Responsible for the availability and full coverage of the team during support hours
• Own End User Computing Projects from every aspect including planning, tracking and execution
• Ensure the Global standards and processes are applied in every region
• Identify new and improved solutions and make constructive proposals for change including
• Own the relevant solutions from financial perspective
• Own assets, services and configuration items in the End User Computing area
• Manage the process of implementing change efficiently and effectively, including organizational change and shift-left opportunities
• Handle business and IT Leadership escalations
• Ensure career development and growth the team, provide mentorship and guidance
• Select a role backup and train for succession
• Own your career : work towards objective goals, proactive development from internal and external sources
• This role requires to follow the Celanese Global Workability policy in regards office presence
