Key Responsibilities :

  • Issue permanent entrance cards to all KGSH staff upon joining the firm,
  • Report lost and stolen entry cards and provide replacements for employees,
  • Manage temporary access cards, ensuring they are returned promptly,
  • Register all incoming visitors and clients and prearrange rooms for welcoming them
  • Assist with catering arrangements for client meetings or events,
  • Handle the processing of external mail, including inbound, outbound
  • and courier deliveries,

  • Provide administrative support and back-up assistance to Group Assistants as needed.
  • Requirements :

    Preferred background : University studies / diploma.

    Languages : Strong written and spoken English and Hungarian language knowledge.

    Technical skills and Experience :

  • Confidence to work with senior executives
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Precision and accuracy, able to work individually, flexibility
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Attitude : reliable, client-oriented mindset, and proactive personality.

    Advantages :

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Elements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
