IT Support Specialist

Join a leading multinational company in the telecommunications and network infrastructure sector! We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our client’s Budapest office. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting employees with their day-to-day IT needs. As an IT Support Specialist, you will : Provide on-site IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT equipment. Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes : device issuance for new joiners and coordination with HR for leavers. Perform basic maintenance of office printers. Support meeting room technology, including displays and Microsoft Teams-based video conferencing systems. Provide basic support for network devices. Manage service tickets using ServiceNow. Assist with occasional light physical tasks (e.g. unpacking assets, receiving deliveries, organising electronic waste and warehouse items) What you will need to succeed : Minimum 1 year of experience in IT user support. Fluent English communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
