What we ask
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (ideally in Information Technology or equivalent)
At least 4-5 years of experience in the field of IT support, preferably at a multinational company or in a SSC environment
Advanced knowledge of Windows endpoint systems and MS Office based systems
Proven knowledge of Digital Workplace
SSCM / Config Manager knowledge & networking knowledge
Basic AV / Online Event experiences
Experience from a shared service environment is a strong adventage
Good communication skills (verbally and in writing), excellent language proficiency in English
Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions
Ability to work precisely and independently
Ability to cope with resistance
Service minded
Good organizational and co-ordination skills
Can do" attitude
