With more than 240 employees in Budapest, currently serves more than 400 customers on six continents today. On behalf of them we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their team.
Job description
- Comprehensive System Management : We provide full system management, including 24 / 7 operation and provisioning for customer systems.ű
- Ongoing Maintenance : This involves continuous upkeep, maintenance, and upgrades for all current infrastructure.
- Problem Resolution : Our team analyzes and resolves any issues that may arise.
- Stakeholder Communication : We ensure constant communication with both internal units and external partners.
- Training & Presentations : We are responsible for preparing client presentations and conducting internal training sessions to educate colleagues on system functionalities.
- Higher IT / Telecom degree & 5+ years experience (must-have).
- Strong in Windows Server & SQL Server; basic Linux.
- Familiarity with Oracle, containerization, high availability, networking, virtualization, storage, and server hardware a plus.
- Willing to provide 24 / 7 standby support.
- Excellent English, able to work under pressure, team player, ITIL knowledge.
