Your contribution :
Identify opportunities for Automation, putting appropriate monitoring and alerting capabilities in place for proactive systems management
Drive reduction in incidents, problems, trouble tickets, and service requests
Manage and support critical IT systems (CRM, ERP, Web Portals, Billing, ESBs, APIs, Order Management)
Provide day-to-day Level 2 support, including incident and service request management, problem resolution, and configuration changes
Perform system health checks and housekeeping activities, triage tickets, and identify bug fixes
Contribute to capacity planning, hardware assessment, and technical roadmap
Lead and understand end-to-end business processes and key integration points
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
