Support the daily operational tasks of the FM team, including assisting the Head of FMProvide operational support for the implementation and management of new processes, monitor these processes and ensure their efficiencyManage tender documents, participate in technical pricing, and attend tender site visitsPerform quality management and control tasks, monitor the company's professional processes, and ensure their implementationEnsure the high-level operation of an office building, including managing and overseeing the work of maintenance staff and subcontractorsPrepare detailed reports and summary tables related to projectsContinuously monitor and update relevant legislationRequirements
Bsc degree in technical education, engineeringAt least 5 years of experience as a Facilitiy Manager in commercial and / or industrial real estateConfident English language skillsManagement attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThorough knowledge of standards and legislation related to operationsUser-level knowledge of MS Office programs and CAFM / building management systemsLeader experience is an advantage
