Purpose of the position :
In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the HR strategic development of the Wizz Air Hungary and will oversee the operative functioning as well by ensuring a smooth operating model in relation to all the undergoing processes of the Company. Responsible for the implementation and harmonization of group service standards, processes, policies together with the Senior HR Manager for Wizz Air Malta. The jobholder acts as the final escalation point for issues related to payroll, taxation, compliance, immigration and contracting matters. The Senior HR Manager WAH will report to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities :
Serves as the primary source of HR knowledge to HR team and organizational stakeholders.Develops an HR strategy for the countries within the region which is in line with the organizations, regional, and global goals and objectives.Develops and implements a manpower planning of the HR team in order to have the needed staff with the right competence on time, both national and international.Ensures that the HR team and external service providers are working in a harmonized manner in accordance with the standard operation procedures and policies, defined SLA’s and KPI’s and identifies and implements mechanisms to promote cooperation, communication and teamwork within Wizz Air GroupResponsible for annual, quarterly and monthly cost control, for annual saving targets for Wizz Air HungaryIn partnership with the Compensation and Benefits team, defines and reviews in-country salary structure and benefit plans and communicates changes or updatesActs as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and ensure it is administered in an equitable and fair manner and meets all legal and labor regulations and requirements.Sets the expectation in agreement with the Head of HR for the reporting structure, dashboards, KPIs and secures those are deliveredOversees preparation of regular and ad hoc executive Leadership reportsSupports Wizz Air Hungary HR team in overseeing outsourced service providers performance against deliverables set in the SLAs for Wizz Air Hungary HR operations.Oversees global HR projects and makes a continuous effort in the development of further HR-relevant structures / processes.People management :
Manages a team of Regional HR and HR ManagersEnsures constant headcount and workforce managementEstablishes and monitors a stable knowledge management base and capability in order to ensure continuous business operationShows example as a leader by managing, coaching, motivating and developing team membersMakes sure to collect employee experience feedback on a regular basisRequirements :
