Senior Project Manager

Description

Coordinates all aspects of the company's project(s) having an internal focus (e.g. system implementation / upgrade, process improvement, internal compliance, etc) from initiation through delivery. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. Serves as an in-house project consultant related to project management.

Strong project management skills, preferably with PM certification and a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 8 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 6 years of related experience managing various projects end-to-end (Finance background preferred).

End-to-end Project management by using the existing project management framework :

Define project scope, create work breakdown structures, and manage changes to scope effectively

Create and manage project schedules, full scale project plans, set realistic timelines, and track progress against deadlines

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle

Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials

Professional skills :

Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and the ability to apply turn these into practice independently

Solid knowledge of the concept of change management methodology and the ability to apply to projects in a proficient level

Fluent English

Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Soft skills :

Energetic, proactive, driver personality who got the ability to take ownership to every task assigned to the role, got sense of responsibility

Structured, precise, got strong skills in summarizing executive level information, supporting decision making, communicating project risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team / project members, engage stakeholders

Advanced skills in managing and influencing stakeholders, including negotiating with conflicting interests, resolving complex issues and conflicts within the project team

Flexible, got the ability to adapt to an ever-changing project environment

Assembling and leading cross-functional teams effectively (even virtually) and also fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Ability to build strong, cohesive teams that are highly motivated, productive, and adaptable, contributing significantly to project success
