Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skillsCooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)Managing orders for a specific regionFocusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its qualityRequirements
