to join our team in Budapest!
The role :
The Service Management Senior Analyst role involves a comprehensive review and analysis of strategic and tactical vendor agreements, with a focus on managing performance reporting and governance protocols, as well as conducting both operational and commercial reviews. The position requires performing detailed analysis on vendor performance and associated costs, overseeing operational delivery across thousands of vendors in multiple geographies and IT-related services.
Additionally, the role includes managing performance reviews for tier 2, 3, and 4 vendors, ensuring consistent and thorough evaluation processes. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for overseeing vendor governance activities and ensuring these are properly documented and maintained in the vendor governance SharePoint sites.
