About the Job :

We are seeking dependable and self-motivated Security Service Desk Agents to become part of the Service Desk team at our partner organization. This team is designed to provide round-the-clock coverage, operating 24 / 7. Following a successful onboarding process, you will be required to work in rotating shifts to guarantee ongoing service availability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Address 1st and 2nd level support inquiries, serving as the initial contact for customers via phone in both German and English.
• Oversee follow-up actions and ensure precise documentation of solutions in the internal knowledge base.
• Actively participate in the enhancement and development of support processes to uphold high service quality and optimize customer satisfaction.
